In one version of the digital world, the computer that controls that digital world, Yggdrasill cloned a bunch of death x dorugremons out of a Dorugamon. I'm still not sure how it cloned perfect stage digimon out of an adult stage digimon however. It makes sense in Chimeramon's case because it's a chimera made up of adult stage digimon, but death x dorugremon is just a corrupted version of dorugremon.
Well, Yggdrasil is kind of the God of the Digital World (at least in some versions parallel to ours), so it would make sense that it(?) can create Digimon practically at will, being the source of everything that compromises the Digital World and all.
As for Chimeramon, these were mostly data fragments I used to put it together, like the incomplete pack of Devimon data that was retrived from the ocean. As a wild guess, I’d say these are easier to copy/clone and put somewhere else than complete Digimon. I have no idea how big the data of an average Digimon is, but we all know that it’s easier to copy and paste smaller packages of data than huge files.
Eh, I hope this makes sense. I’m not the one to explain the theoretical things that go on in the Digital World, that’s more a topic for Koushirou-san ^^’
I… have no idea. On the one hand Digimon do consist mainly of data, but on the other hand they don’t… I think when I copied parts and attributes into Chimeramon, they were indeed transferred in data packages, so I guess depending on the Digimon they might end up as pretty big. It took me a while to do, if I remember correctly. But I don’t really think it would be possible to copy whole Digimon in the same vein, and seriously, who would want to do that and why?
I’m this type of person that only starts wearing shorts when it’s really hot, so…
We’ll have to see how the summer goes.

Oooooh look I finally finished a drawing!
